Delete Your FGB Ludo Account
FGB Ludo by Free Game Battles: request deletion of your account and data
This page explains how to delete your FGB Ludo account (the FGB Ludo app by Free Game Battles on Google Play and the App Store, and the freegamebattles.com website) and what happens to your data. You do not need the app installed to make a request.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to privacy@freegamebattles.com with the subject “Delete my account”.
- Send it from the email address on your account, and include your username.
- If you play without signing up (PLAY NOW) or your account has no email address, include your username. We will ask you to confirm the request from inside the app before we delete anything.
- We confirm by email when your request is received, and again when the deletion is done.
Your account is deleted within 30 days of the request being confirmed.
What we delete
- Your account: username, email address and password
- Your profile: avatar, banner, bio and social links
- Your sign-in links: Google, Apple, Discord, Twitch, Facebook and the PLAY NOW device code
- Your loyalty points, coins, items and cosmetics. These cannot be restored or refunded.
- Your friends list, blocks, notifications and settings
What we keep, and for how long
- Past match and tournament results stay, because they are part of other players' history. Your name on them is replaced with “Deleted player”, so they no longer identify you.
- Security and safety records (for example, reports, bans and account activity logs) are kept for up to 7 years to protect other players and prevent fraud. Your IP address and device details are removed from them.
- Records the law requires us to keep are kept only for as long as the law requires.
- Copies in our backups are removed as those backups expire on their normal schedule.
